TBDBITL Headed to Fiesta Bowl

The Ohio State University Marching Band will travel to Arizona to perform at the PlayStation Fiesta Bowl in Glendale, Arizona, on Dec. 28. Fans can follow along with the band's time in Phoenix with two public rehearsals and multiple public performances.

The band will be performing its "Modern Movie Musicals" halftime show during the game, and the i dotters for the pregame Double Script Ohio will be Cody Faist (Galloway, Ohio) and Brett Wiemken (Napoleon, Ohio).

This will be Ohio State's ninth appearance at the Fiesta Bowl, and TBDBITL has been along for all nine.

Times for all Arizona events are MST.

The Ohio State University Marching Band will perform pregame and halftime shows

The Ohio State University Marching Band performs a brand new show for every home game during the football season, and the students vote at the end of the season for the show they want to perform at Ohio State’s bowl game. With 32 percent of the student vote, the “Modern Movie Musicals” halftime show won. The show features music from “The Greatest Showman,” “Mary Poppins Returns,”  “A Star is Born” and “La La Land.” The band performed this show twice during the season: on Sept. 21. during the Miami (Ohio) game and on Sept. 28 at Buckeye Invitational.

The Ohio State Marching Band will be performing at a football stadium away from home for the fifth time this season during the Fiesta Bowl. TBDBITL played at Indiana on September 14 and at Michigan on Nov. 30. On November 10, TBDBITL headed north to Cleveland for a performance at halftime of a Browns game, and the band also played at the Big Ten Conference Championship Game on Dec. 7.
