Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of a fundraising page, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to create the fundraising page will be deemed to be the owner. Moreover, a potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the individual associated with the potential winning fundraising page and that all eligibility requirements are met.
