Fall Athletic Band

The autumn quarter band performs at many Women's Volleyball and pre-season Men's and Women's Basketball games as well as the annual OSU Homecoming Parade. Rehearsals are every Wednesday beginning the first week of class from 6:30 - 7:48 pm in the Steinbrenner Band Center.

Students have the option of using their own instrument or checking one out from the second floor Instrument Office. All brass and percussion instruments are available to sign out for the entire quarter, but unfortunately the office does not provide any woodwind instruments or accessories.

The uniform consists of a Polo Shirt with black pants, shoes and socks. The Polo Shirt must be bought from the second floor Uniform Office for $25.00*, and the band member is responsible for purchasing the pants, shoes and socks on his or her own. (*subject to change)

Winter Athletic Band

The winter quarter band performs at most Men’s and Women’s Basketball games as well as Men’s Hockey games. In addition, smaller tournament bands travel with the team for any post-season tournaments. In the past this has taken us to Detroit, MI, Indianapolis, IN, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, Albany, NY, and many other locations nationwide. Rehearsals run every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 – 5:18 PM in the Steinbrenner Band Center.
