Every spring, The Ohio State University Marching Band invites youth of all ages (up to seniors in high school) to attend a free clinic on campus for introduction, instruction and development of their drum major skills in the Ohio State style. The 2023 Spring Clinic will be held Saturday, April 20 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Registration for 2023 is now open. Contact osumb@osu.edu with any questions.
Students should wear athletic clothes and tennis shoes, and each student should ideally have his or her own Gray Baton. The drum majors may have extra batons on hand, but it is best if each student has his or her own.
